FoodSaver® Guarantee

All FoodSaver appliances are guaranteed for 2 years after your purchase. This guarantee does not cover consumables (bags and rolls) and gaskets. Information regarding the guarantee can be found on product packaging or in instruction booklets.

In the unlikely event the appliance no longer functions due to a design or manufacturing fault, please return it to the place of purchase with your purchase receipt. If your product is still under guarantee, your product will be exchanged or refunded directly by the retailer.

Please first make sure gasket wear is not the cause of any malfunctions. If it is, you can order new gaskets by contacting our customer service. Please note gaskets need to be changed once a year on average. For any further questions, please contact our customer services.
